Suikoden 1: Soul Eater Rune is useless as hell early on. What's crazy is they give you the Fire rune early on and that thing does work. What a weird decision.

I've never come across a story where a possible incest subplot was ever necessary. Going into 2026 and beyond authors need to stop using this because it's definitely a choice.

Yakuza 0 was really good. Solid story and characters. I even had a small amount of respect for the bosses in the end. I just wish that the fighting abilities weren't locked behind the real estate/cabaret stuff.

It was a pretty good first book. Nothing mind blowing but it has an interesting enough plot to keep around. Also something about a party going on a quest just gets to me.
