Aaaand the power went out again.
Like, I handed over my (and kiddo’s) documents and the power flickered out; after a while systems started coming back online, a few vehicles were let through, and the power flickered out again.
And we’re right in the lakeshore, so the wind and snow are brutal.

Thank you for posting this. It’s rare to see anything other than advice to cut off MAGA relatives.
I dearly care about mine, but got the impression that it was lousy of me to not completely shut them out.
I push back on their hateful beliefs, but we both would still give anything for the other.
