What are the chances this pit-tatoe would enjoy a pair of jammies?

I agree with this. Identify and address issues as they happen, not every 6 months. Name and celebrate wins as they happen too. Have a voluntary process for promotions and such.

He speaks gibberish and even the best translators won't be able to follow.s Well then the deaf watching the ASL would be just as confused with his incoherent rambling as the rest of us. Is there even an ASL gesture for "guess what the fucking senile president is sleeping in public again"? I think they realize Trump speaks such gibberish that an interpreter would get stuck or confused and it would embarrass Trump. The interpreter would be like this all the time (face palm emoji) (shrug emoji) (wide eyes emoji) I feel sorry for anyone that has to sign while he's talking. The people watching the signer must be so confused as well yet another embarrassment by this defective human. How can they translate his gibberish? Impossible to sign his word salade. I'd like to see someone try to keep up with his rambling word salads. Or they know he sounds even more stupid in sign language The interpreter trying to keep up with his garbled english and endless tangents: I would feel so sorry for any ASL interpreter tasked with trying to follow & translate Trump's "the weave" ramblings into a coherent thought, then into ASL, especially in real time. You cannot sign all trump's blunders and demented tangents where he's speaking bullshit gibberish... I agree. It must be difficult to express "Quiet, piggy!" in sign language. Poor interpreter trying to sign for this dementia patient in real time. They won't have any maga bright or caring enough to know sign language so this would be a decent person dragged into a nest of vipers. Imagine having to sign "piggy, Joe biden, hoax and fake news" constantly.
