Please encourage the people with weapons, body armor, chemical weapons, and shields to be peaceful. Protest is not a tea party. It doesn’t need to be peaceful. It’s infuriating to constantly urge peace when protestors are not out here choking men for 9 minutes or shooting women in the face.

I work independently and am debating so hard sending them cold pitch emails to work with them and fix this terrible system 😂

I can zoom in on just the text area in safari okay, but sometimes it loses my spot on a page if I switch apps or move too much while reading. Being able to run a little javascript from my bookmark bar to style an email with CSS is the lowest friction way for me! But I do use zoom frequently

Agreed!! This could be significantly flattened. What's pictured is actually the entire body of the email, with each section being in those 4 <tr>. It's a single column, only a few background colors set for each content section, not that complex of a design. The HTML is way more complex than needed!

Bookmarklet works now and is easy to copy/paste if I update it. No, I still haven't finished reading the email. 🤭

For me I think it'd help me not fall down 3 hour rabbit holes! I've been reading one email all day lol

Wow though 😍

Update: script acquired
Update:

Husband drove me to the pharmacy this morning so I could figure out what the hell they needed to ask me.

Ready for it? I don't think you are.

"Do you have current insurance?"

That's it. Whole question. Apparently they couldn't fill the script in the meantime. Or let me answer digitally?

Pharmacy texts: call us we have a question!!!

Ok well I’m deaf so that’s hard. And now it’s not safe to drive bc I’m pretty sure I’m having withdrawal symptoms bc I ran out of the SNRI I need filled.

Nothing about these software systems seems designed for people in the way we need them

Yeah I was sitting here wondering how this email must sound through a SR... then I was like "oh, yeah, that's probably why role=presentation is also everywhere"

I should do more things in 15-30 minute increments that's smart IMO 😅

Even further context with this is that it's from a local govn't newsletter list. I imagine they've been using the same tool for 10 or 15+ years and it probably doesn't get updated all that often.
