Breaking News: The Supreme Court limited the use of nationwide injunctions and said President Trump’s order to end birthright citizenship can go partially into effect in 30 days.
Supreme Court Releases Decision in Birthright Citizenship Case: Live Updates
The court limited the ability of federal judges to temporarily pause President Trump’s executive orders. But they made no ruling on the constitutionality of his move to end birthright citizenship, and stopped his order from taking effect for 30 days.
