Highlighted and attributed your work in a session I did this AM for some senior citizens who wanted to know more about AI. I think I was supposed to show them how to use it? Whatever. They asked the wrong librarian if that was the case.

Connie is the best, followed by Robinette who gets second for having to deal with sanctimonious Ben Stone for so long, then Claire. Dead effing last is Borgia.

I watched Jackman/Hudson on Graham Norton. He's way more talented than she, so it might be a bit of a train wreck for sure.

That said, he karaoked with Neil Diamond so he pretty much can do whatever he wants forever and ever.

You know, an easy solution to all this Waymo mess is to stop using Waymo. It is possible or it to go the way of Google glass. And circles. And a bunch of other bad terrible ideas.

This is how the racket WORKS - even if the numbers aren't being massaged (which they almost certainly are), they're also deliberately front-loaded so that all the good will come early, and the bad will be revealed once it's fully entrenched bsky.app/profile/elec...
Going by every tech trend of the past 30 years, the numbers will look great right until they hit a certain scale, then look very very bad, which is tough shit because by then it's already ingrained in our society and all but impossible to eliminate or even reduce
We don't need a gigantic Rube Goldberg system owned and operated by an aspiring monopoly just to increase safety, much less do what we should and actually figure out a way to use cars less (as opposed to supercharging their use, which this will)
