Transposition of Great Arteries (TGA)

- In cc-TGA, heart “self-corrects” w/ AV & VA discordance, but RV supports systemic flow—leads to dysfxn, valve issues & heart block

- In d-TGA, aorta arises from RV & PA from LV, creating parallel circuits. Without mixing (ASD/VSD/PDA), incompatible w/ life
