The Cuisineer challenge I set for myself may be something I will have to do when I have the time, energy, and resources to do those dishes.
Regardless, I did make this for dinner. Salmon with mushroom risotto! A close friend helped me figure out how to get the skin crispy.

I am laying in bed, hours later, still at a lost for words. Still not able to process the results.
