Accidental dural puncture
• Inserting an intrathecal catheter does not decrease the incidence of PDPH but does ⬇️ the need for epidural blood patch.
• With an intrathecal catheter, injection of intrathecal saline ⬇️ PDPH incidence & the need for epidural blood patch.
