When I first saw Arnulf Rainer's work 40 years ago, it blew me away. I had never seen anything so radical before. Now he has died at the age of 96.

She gave birth to two litters of five kittens in my garage without my permission. For eight months, she hissed at me, just to be on the safe side. Now she has trained me so well that she can sit on my lap.
