Very best of luck. May I suggest something that will, at the very least, help lower blood pressure and keep you calm? The day of the procedure, start doing meditative breathing, which is a slow, even breath. Concentrate on that. Has worked for me when I've undergone surgery.

I relate to the fear. Everybodys cancer path is different. While I'd still rather not have gone through it, I'm a wiser and stronger fellow on the other side. Wishing you the best of luck with everything no matter the outcome.

Yeah, it has all happened very fast. July I went into the ER for back pain, a moth later, a CT scan found a baseball sized sarcoma in my chest cavity 🙏
