They do plenty to help people. The problem is the only people they're helping are The Heritage Foundation, the group that wrote Project 2025 and helped fund the creation of LGBA.
That is why LGBA promotes ideas like "it's not bigotry to oppose marriage equality" and "it's good to bully gay kids."
