I’ve lost almost 30 lbs. in 11 months. Diet and exercise helped me get off my three diabetes prescriptions. That in itself was not easy when I started. Now almost all my clothes hang loose on me and I’ve not had to take any prescriptions for about four weeks thus far. It’s still one day at a time.
