I've read a lot of articles on this subject and it's amazing just how many news outlets are missing the jurisdictional angle. They are proclaiming that the problem is solved. CTV is one of them.

In other words, Musk/Grok will still enable users everywhere else to create non-consensual sexualised images of women and CSAM. Inside countries where sex abuse images are illegal, users can still access Grok by using a VPN.

What an outrageous response to the global outcry.
