Well, what you say is somewhat true, but also that’s not quite right. I’ve been paying attention to a lot of what’s happening at the federal judicial level and NC state level for quite some time (former NC resident). I do follow negative accounts, but I did back then too. Shit is actually worse now.

I’m also a federal worker and in the military reserve, so my ability to outwardly resist the federal government is very small. Short of a coordinated, national general strike, I think we’re just along for the ride. Even a big strike will get ugly real fast if history is anything to go by.

It would be one thing if I thought I could really do something about it, but I really feel helpless. Like, I don’t know how to wrestle power away from these psychos without just giving up on my dreams and putting my family at risk. It may become necessary, but I’ll have to have a gun to my head.
