Helping me out wading through brain fog and trauma responses from the past week..

I'm not worried about saving "democracy" or the "rule of law" or even the idea of the USA. I want to save us, you, myself, my queer kin, BIPOC, friends, comrades, darlings, friends, chosen family, neighbors, a healthy earth, etc

I want living things to flourish as never before & systems to perish.

Going into almost week three sans meta apps. Every time I open my laptop, or browser on my phone, I habitually go to type in "f" to get to FB. I've been using it since high school. I wonder how long it'll take to stop that compulsion?

I'm working on getting my wind down time earlier. I managed to get my homework and all household chores done and lay down before 10pm tonight. That's a feat. Super excited about the hypothetical study I'm drafting this term. Hoping to one day make it happen for real.

Been sick for a few days now. Starting to recover finally. Brain fog sucks.

Ben hated this song when it first dropped in 2023. I think he was already out by then. Listening to this now, it's a reminder to allow people to be who they are. I'm learning to stop begging for my needs to be met, and to meet them myself. This way I can show up more freely with people.

I didn't notice benefits from my short morning exercise routine until I had two days this week without it. The ADHD goblins were menacing yesterday. Thankfully my ankle was in good enough shape to do a modified version today. Fingers crossed the goblins can be under control today.

So I twisted and landed on my ankle doing a jump roundhouse kick on Monday. It's not broken (thanks hEDS!), but still super swollen. Pitfalls of trying to have an athletic comeback in my 30's. Please tell me it'll get better?

Tiger Lily (the cat I lost in the divorce) visited me in my dream last night. I miss her. I hope she's happy and safe.
