Hey there! I'm Thomas and I wrote this book. I also wrote another that will be out late spring called What Scratches Beneath the Surface. Give me a follow for updates on my writing or to read the dumb thoughts I have to release onto the Internet or my head will explode.
I can tell I'm getting older because I just saw this TikTok where their toaster had a touch screen and it instantly pissed me off.

Uranus gets all the glory, but don't sleep on shuttlecock as the funniest word in the English lexicon.

I always laugh when people complain about comic book movies ruining the story from the comics. Like, dude, Hollywood has been butchering source material for decades. It's their whole thing.

It's been a wild week. Feel free to take a few extra minutes when disassociating and screaming into the void today.

I haven't really suffered from imposter syndrome until recently when I realized I have no strong feelings about em dashes. Am I even a writer?

I'm slowly starting to think checking my KDP Dashboard twenty times a day may not be healthy.

My book, Shrapnel and Avalanches, does not have any spicy scenes. It's not that kind of book. However, feel free to read it, choose your favorite two (or more) characters, and write some fan fiction of them just going to town.

I've got no problems with the "yours"and the "theres". I've even mastered the "it's". But ffs, I always screw up laid. Or is it lay? Lie? Man I don't know. My characters just want to take a nap. They're oh, so exhausted.

Marriage really is just 50% deciding what to have for dinner and 50% being told you’re walking the wrong speed

You know that thing in comedy where something is funny, and then you extend the bit until it stops being funny, but if you continue to commit to it it gets funny again?

Wh...when's this all gonna get funny again?

Me: Makes a stupid joke.

Everyone: Dude, read the room. The world is collapsing all around us.

Me: Do... do you need me to make another?

I'm no cartographer. But I do know that if you're traveling I75 in Michigan, exit 69 is Big Beaver Road.

I am in a national cooking contest and I need your votes! The voting link is pinned to the top of my profile. Here is an example of the things I cook. Pork belly burnt ends, roasted veg for pasta sauce, and sourdough English muffins. Please help! 😂

Thriller lovers, do you like your stories slow-burning and build the tension? Or do you prefer them to blast off early and stay fast paced?

Personally, my jam is when it slowly builds the tension throughout the story until I realize at the end I haven't breathed for the last hundred pages.

Yeah yeah. Good job, Word. That's what I meant. She doesn't want her son back. She's declaring she really really likes the house they're performing the seance in.

I used to read The Tell-tale Heart and wonder how someone could be driven mad with a little bit of constant white noise.

But I swear if this dog does not stop licking the damn carpet I'm gonna snap!
