Not radical. Not reckless. Just fair, balanced, and for the average Aussie.

Further proof the US cannot be trusted as an economic partner. This bridge was fully funded by the Canadian govt. Will we get the same treatment with AUKUS? #auspol #aukus

The future of Australia lies with our kids. This is One Nation’s entire education policy. This is among one of their “incredibly detailed policies” listed on their website.

They are not a serious party, and they do not deserve your vote.

The Coalition (because they are a coalition this week apparently) clearly have nothing better to do than to waste time, effort, and taxpayer money on these petty squabbles, putting Australia in a position where we have no functional Opposition.

Violence in the name of ideology is cowardice, not conviction. An attempted IED attack at an Invasion Day rally is terrorism, full stop. There is no moral defence for this. The perpetrator needs to be charged accordingly.

While the dictionary may suggest that terrorism is when anyone uses unlawful violence for political means, many understand that the application of the term becomes impacted by 'other factors'...

What we’re seeing is growing disunity and a loss of focus on everyday Australians.

A strong democracy depends on a credible opposition that keeps the government accountable, not one that creates space for extremes to grow.

The average Australian gains nothing from this.

With One Nation polling near 25%, it’s worth remembering Senator Malcolm Roberts still promotes claims linking vaccines to autism. This isn’t harmless opinion. Rejecting basic science causes real harm, felt most by vulnerable communities. This party should not shape public health decisions.

Seems as though the Nationals have signed their own death warrant. One Nation’s popularity is highest in rural and regional areas.

If the Liberals become more moderate, they may win back Teal seats. If they continue as is, they’re doomed.

Is the Coalition over for good?

Pauline Hanson has a 55% attendance rate and claims to be the “true Opposition”

On the other side, the Government should be using the chaos on the right and its strong majority to push meaningful reforms that benefit everyday Aussies. The lack of ambition on this front is disappointing.

Albo shreds the Coalition for legitimising One Nation’s “hard right” grievance politics — “a cul-de-sac that doesn’t lead the country anywhere.”💥
Skewers Pauline Hanson saying she can’t even engage, rarely rocks up to work, “often isn’t in Parliament.” 🔥

Donald Trump disparaged Australia’s war dead and is increasingly aligning himself with, and giving legitimacy to, individuals accused of war crimes through his new “Board of Peace”.

The Australian Government must reconsider AUKUS. The United States is not the ally it used to be.

Andrew Hastie won’t save the Coalition.

Angus Taylor won’t save the Coalition.

The Liberals and Nationals are too busy chasing One Nation for votes.

There’s no focus on policy or the economy, no focus on the average Aussie. Only on themselves and the polls.

Our would-be alternative government has spent years in the political wilderness trying to find relevance and focusing on themselves.

Aussies deserve a functioning opposition and a parliament focused on them, not petty infighting and political squabbling.
