I think for me it would have to be I'm Thinking of Ending Things, I know it had mixed reactions but I literally had a shock response when it finished and had to lay on the floor so I didn't pass out

When I was researching this essay I was struck by the fact that a key piece of evidence used to support the idea that the "they/them" ad was decisive is, apparently, unverifiable to the public.

I don't think I've ever put my personal thoughts about "understanding" heathcliff here and this seems like a good time. First off, who really cares if you get it, if you find it funny that's good enough imo. But if you want to try to understand "why it's funny" I think there's a clear place to start
I used to have this thing I did on Twitter where I would flatly describe the plot of a Garfield comic every time I came across one and then I tried to do the same thing with Heathcliff comics only to realize that they’re really bizarre and do not actually make a ton of sense
