Безопасно свинско или пилешко за сурова консумация няма. Телешкото ( и агнешко, зависи) като цяло е ок при правилно съхранение или стареене. Аз лично харесвам Butchers на Гурко, но не работи в неделя. Vivenda ми идва малко too much (of everything), но някои я предпочитат.
