This Violife one is the best we've found so far. I haven't got it to melt nicely under a broiler, but it melts well in a pan. I'd cook the chicken parm then drop it on pan melted Violife and flip.
I haven't tried going to broiler after, but worth a try if you are looking to brown the cheese.

No, but that would have been cool! I wonder if I can set up an IMDB for my extra work on Northwood back in the 90's just for this reason!

It's interesting seeing all the differences. The wheels really stand out. Johnny Lightning made a pretty good version of the stock FJ wheels and the Stance Hunters wheels are close to stock. BM Creations use 2014 4runner wheels and Tomica look like generic wheels.
