I taught a class entitled “ Navigating Your Emotional GPS”, I situate my students in a circle because I believe in the space between enhancing connection. Yet the most poignant statement spontaneously offered was “ This is such a safe space with good energy!” How lovely 💝💕☀️

Maybe the current pervasive malaise taking the form of the flu is actually our collective reaction to the malaise of this week’s change in …the cultural tone. We will rise, we will. 🙏🏻💕💪

I volunteer as a reading mentor to 2 second graders, and a college preparation/career focus mentor to a high school senior. With them I enter the treasured flow state, where time stands still and I am carried by the momentum of joyful focus. May we all find nourishing mutual opportunities for flow.
