Until 2/3 of each House give Donald Trump amnesty for his crimes against this country and the Constitution, his word has no force of law. He cannot order anyone to do anything. He is not a legitimate president. Embrace it. Demand it. Live by it. Become ungovernable.

The Coalition of Graduate Employees (CGE) at Oregon State is on strike!
CGE is on strike! Mass walkout November 12 11am MU Quad CGE IS ON STRIKE! In mediation on November 11, OSU’s bargaining team did not move towards CGE’s proposals regarding salary or contract term. They continue to insist on 4 year contract cycles with no partial reopeners and only a 10% raise to the minimum now, followed by another 2% in years 3 and 4. Their proposed contract locks incoming graduates into unsustainable conditions and cripples their bargaining power. After a year of openly combative negotiations, OSU has made it abundantly clear that their priority is not the pursuit of knowledge, but rather the pursuit of money, even at the expense of their own dedicated, hard-working, and talented graduate employees. We cannot accept this. Every member of our bargaining unit is entitled to the right to strike, but only CGE members have access to strike support. Join your union today and stand up for the rights of your colleagues present and future. If not now, when? If you are a CGE member, the time has come to turn up the dial on your involvement. This is an all-hands-on-deck moment. Sign up for picketing shifts, talk to your coworkers, boost strike content on social media, and plug in with your departmental stewards. We are only as strong as our organizing! We deserve better, and together, we have the power to win it!
