It was a pleasure to attend the Nobu, Viadux Phase 2, Ground Breaking Ceremony yesterday in Manchester. The event brought together the visionary leaders and creative minds behind the project.

Nobu has partnered with Salboy on Viadux Phase 2 in Manchester. Our proposals for this 76-storey landmark tower builds upon the success of Viadux Phase 1. Our masterplan also includes around 130 affordable new homes, within a 23-storey building, & public realm enhancements.
