The agents were on a federal building, at least in this angle, but the road isn't federal! If the new rule is they can shoot at anyone on a road near federal property that really opens up something I don't think this administration has the ability to control. Not that they want to, I guess?
I was there. They were indiscriminately firing multiple canisters into a huge peaceful crowd. Fucking cowards
