life update: I’m getting a colonoscopy at 22 years old because I most likely have an intestinal disorder and can’t eat a majority of foods anymore 🥰

worst thing about this chronic intestinal issue is that I ate what should be a safe food (salmon) but it might have been too seasoned with a possible not safe food (garlic) and now I’m in pain. why is life forcing me to eat like a fucking gym bro, please let me have fucking garlic in my life again!!

I got diagnosed with such severe chronic IBS that I’m having to cut so much food out of my life and take pills before I eat any meals to keep flare ups away 🫠
no more milk, ANY gluten, and I have to cut certain foods/“test” certain foods to ensure they’re safe for me to eat 🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠

throat no longer hurts but my sinuses are fucking FULL to the point it’s making my brain hurt. but I can’t miss any of my classes because they all count attendance as a grade 😵💫
