Something I think is really overlooked about actually recording all the meta information as well as simulation details into game systems is that it creates an amazing platform for both social systems and magical ones.

I really think a heavily character focused system is the way to go for a magical school simulation. Most people are aware of how their older siblings or parents, friends, specific teachers, and so forth shaped their school experience.

My major goal is to create an arcane academy simulation that is procedurally generate but still provides interesting characters. The core of the game is of course living through an extended magical education but a lot of the gameplay revolves around social interactions.
