Would love to be able to get into the details of why their tech is cool.

Anyway, I love all the pods, they’re top of my VIP list in overcast so I get them right away.

Basically, I want the “Adam, let me buy you a beer, let’s talk about cool shit” pod. As someone who works from home, I miss the down in the weeds tech chats I used to have.

Keen to hear your thoughts, I know putting together a new podcast is work, but I also think that plenty of your sponsors…

I want to hear more about the stuff Adam geeks out on - the tech details of the latest global disaster, cool exploits, stories from the past. Tom does a great job with the high level policy implications of the cybersec news, but I’m hankering for the other direction, down in the details.

As a software engineer, I also immediately went to lexer, but then as an Australian, it reminded me of the staple alcohol for backyard teenage parties, Fruity Lexia (makes you sexier). That's definitely a proper noun though, goon bags deserve respect.

Thought this was a quote from an alien and was very confused.

There's hope for America yet.

So... since you can buy individual pods and the case separately, people who are deaf in one ear can save money by just getting one pod and a case separately.

You can buy the left, right or case, IIRC the total cost is like $10 more than buying a new pair if you bought all three.

I came across Serie terminaltrove.com/serie/ and gitui github.com/extrawurst/g... recently, haven’t had much of a chance to use them but looking forward to when I get back to work.

Simon, do you know the cost overrun? I am not asking if it did exceeded budget, that’s a given. But do you know the budget vs the final cost please? You’d rate France with a fully established Nuclear business, 3rd ranked by power output in the world behind America and China to do a good a job.

So you’ve just given up completely now? Man, facts hit hard hey

And that’s a problem.

Yes? Were you not paying attention? I wouldn’t be shocked if this is a bot, but their replies are usually higher effort than this nonsense. For the record, I pay about $300 per quarter for electricity, without solar.

I live somewhere that has 100% renewable energy and I’m paying 21¢/kWh. Renewables shielded us from the unreliable coal plants most of the rest of Australia relies on, and we have the lowest prices in the country.
