What stage of capitalism would you say this is because these oligarchic rentier class are simultaneously talking mumbo jumbo, and thinking that they are offering society a vision of the future. There's no social relation in what they offer and so it's moribund parasitic capitalism.

The desperation to hold the reins of global white supremacy and be the next "vassal" to be abused by the Tyrannical States of America is farcical and ludicrous.

The demonisation of Hitler is merely because he did it in Europe. Washington, Jefferson, Maddison, Leopold are different how? Leopold killed 20 million in Congo, Rhodes killed how many in Zambia and Zimbabwe? What about Lugard and Churchill? The list of criminals is endless!
