fortunately i had some naltrexone to get out of the lethal overdose state

i know not how they broke their hand but it sure did fucking happen after being dislocated twice
muscle health also really low (got to 0 at some point, v slow recovery)
forearm was actually worse at one point but the 2nd dislocation and simultaneous fracture kinda made it so hand got worse
