There's also literally zero evidence to support this ban either. It's all just vibes, hypotheticals and "what ifs" that repeatedly fail to materialise.

It's as irrational as banning firefighters from entering ambulance stations because they aren't paramedics.

Despite it not being your business, I do work full time, but I took holiday to try and figure out how I'm supposed to cope with a hate group stripping human rights being stripped back to 1972 for no rational reason.

I just remember being really bored and unengaged. I stopped watching after 3 or 4, because it felt cringe for me, as an adult, to be watching what was very obviously a children's film with an incredibly mundane plot.

Several years ago, someone I worked with (a decade my senior) claimed it was the best thing ever and convinced me to watch the films at least.

I can't say I was impressed. Totally confused about what the fuss was about. And this was before she came out as a raging transphobe.

I narrowly avoided having it forcefully rammed down my throat by the faculty at school, because I was in my teens, and back then it was correctly considered to be a child's book for children.

But of course when it's a trans person being harassed by a colleague, it's fine... in the public interest no less, to name and 'shame' said trans person.

The bee wax melts at much higher temperature, and it's very sticky when it's solid which makes breaking it up and absolute bitch.

back in January, so it's come as a bit of a double-whammy today. Your descriptions of Alice so far in the book reminded me so much of her too.

I'm totally emotionally drained, but also furious at people who make stuff like this happen. I just want them to feel just a TINY bit like how I feel now.

I think when I was feeling that pain I kinda felt like people would be mostly glad that I was gone. Obviously I've since come to know that's never the case.

No shade on Alice, mind you. It's just difficult to read about how it affected her family. It's just incredibly sad all round
