Ugh, forgot the oven temp == 450F.

Bake on silicone matt on 3/8" steel with large stainless bowl over it for 20 mins, and then remove bowl, put mat+bread to shelf w/o steel and insert temp probe & bake until internal temp == 207F (about another 20 mins)

Took a couple years to really perfect. Kryol was a game changer and made me realize why commercial craft bread boules weren't pancakes. Also wet yeast, 80% hydration, and using a 4qt cambro square container for the rise to monitor the rise, doing 3x stretch & pulls every hour.

Store the extra flour in a bucket with a lid seal, ideally one that screws off and decant into a gallon sized jar for daily use. No issues with bugs since starting doing that.

I buy 25kg of flour at a time. Bake all our own bread, typically boules with Kryol flour but also brioche breads like buns, and tonight naan. Typically keep 3 flours in stock: kryol for everyday breads, AP for basic baking, and tipo 00 for pizza/naan. Pan pizza is 50/50 AP/00. Totally worth it!

Yeah, also run a monthly citric acid wash with all the spotty glassware. I really prefer lack of scent as well and the ability to also use it to acidify foods to safe pH for water bath canning.

Fantastic work. Most detailed coverage of this hearing by far!

Nice to hear at least these programs now exist. There was no assistance beside a measly pell grant for foster/orphan youth 20+ yrs ago. Basically just massive debt for tuition and working as many hrs as possible to pay room/board.

It does make me stop and think how different the christian righteousness in this dogmatic purification being espoused by the right would have evolved without Pauline doctrine.

I remember what Jesus said about the Pharisees. (Read Luke)

Paul was a Pharisee. (Acts 23)

The vast majority of the new testament was written by Paul or one of his mentees. Next time someone says "That doesn't sound very Christian of you" its probably because its not. Pauline theology imputes salvation. Without Paul, its a lot less likely we would believe in our salvation by faith alone

This becomes a new covenant. One where ones deeds and ideology brings salvation, not ethnic origins and practices from the Tanakh. Faith can save you, at any point, any number of times.

"Jesus came to fulfill scripture." Paul came to redefine it. No longer are you born into Judaic life, you chose it. Judaic practice included physical rituals like circumcision and dietary restrictions. Now under "Christianity" baptism and preaching the gospel.
