Very good. Proper away performance. It's in them. It's there. They just need to show this grit more often. Clever. Energetic. Sensible. Organised. Really enjoyed that. Great result. A big one, too. And an even better overall performance. Not complaints.

Been a while since I watched the lads. They appear to have gotten worse. I don't think there's a way out for Slot, you know. And I feel bad for him. But, as I said several weeks back, this is a badly coached team. Really bad. And I can't see that changing. At least not quickly.

Goal aside, that wasn't a good half. We played very risk-averse football - and we played it really badly. Chiesa, a bright spark, though. Early signs of Leoni are good. And you can just see Mamardashvili's class, even with little to do. Need more generally, though.

The thing about this "Pep's gone defensive for once" narrative is, this isn't the first time at all. It's probably one of the most extreme examples. But he has pretty consistently done it vs #LFC at Anfield. He even did it last season and, despite being 2-0 down, didn't really changed it.

I think there's been some inaccuracies around the #AFC vs #LFC match. I don't think we were defensive. Arsenal were resolute and nullified us. I think people are saying we were defensive because we didn't attack successfully. No - we were just sh*te. But we were TRYING TO attack. Big difference.

This video sums up the #Guehi situation. "Being professional" is a ruse to keep players servile to the needs of the club. The reality is clubs will be here for 100 years but a player's career is short. The future is not promised for people. So you have to fight for your ambitions by any means.

This is why you have to agitate for a move. Clubs do not care about your ambitions. In fact, they'll take advantage of the fact you're "a good lad". I have no doubts that #Guehi would be a #LFC player had he agitated and handed in a transfer request. Tough luck for the kid.

On #Woltemeade to #NUFC:
I heard a journo say it's a "desperation buy". Yes, the need for NUFC to "shop around" is clear bc of #Isak but I'd define this as brilliant opportunism from NUFC. They could've stuck with Strand-Larsen. But they've snuck in to snatch Woltemeade from the Bayern stalemate.
