BC supreme court disagrees. They already ruled in favour of teachers in a 2005 (i believe) strike where government ordered them back to work and they refused. Union was fined and such, BC courts overturned it. Supreme Court of Canada is likely to follow suit if it goes that way.

Except the supreme court gave the president immunity for any 'official' act. So hes covered. All his minions though...lock them all up, they don't have immunity. Assuming you can get any enforcement personnel to follow the court orders...I suspect not. US democracy is dead.
