On the UK court ruling the term women refers to "biological women" i ask, what defines a person a biological woman? Genitals? Chromosomes? Outward appearance? Secondly, in practicality how will you determine? Going to be peaking under skirts? Blood tests? Trans women are women.

The NDP has imploded in front of our very eyes. If this is the direction Jagmeet wants to take the NDP, the NDP needs a new leader. Hopefully after the election theyll get one. They'll have to rebuild from scratch though.
