Exactly right. State leaders need to pass legislation that will indemnify their citizens when they make their IRS payments "to the care of" these state escrow accounts.
Then Indiana needs to put all money earmarked for federal taxes into an escrow account and withhold it. All states who don’t support fascism should be doing this. The red states will rot. (Apologies to blue dots in those red states.)
