There is big progress on my dungeon. Fight rooms now lock the doors and spawn enemies into it. Which once again use the same flow field for navigation like the game world.

I have finally gotten my game fully into 3D now, including fixing the rotations. It took around 3 weeks but I am now back to where I was before my 3D endeavor, just now with less problems😅 and an extra dimension.

I have made some big progress on making my game into 3D. I fixed the fog rendering issue, which was transparency rendering like someone said yesterday.

I have also been readding the building system, I haven't figured out how I am going to show the inside yet though.

I've done some optimisation for my game world, to make it easier on my laptop during development 😅

I've done some object pooling on the tiles, so that I'm rarely ever loading new ones, and I made it so chunks can be loaded in segments, so they don't render when not needed

I have finally gotten the pathfinding to avoid making things lower in elevation as possible paths!
The debug is a bit messy but what you need to know is that the tiles that just say "a" are ones that are ignored. I am really happy with this :)

I am working on some flow field pathfinding which the enemies will use to chase the player in the main world. I dunno how optimized it is though.
(The lag spike is from updating the arrows and text not the algorithm)

Today's medium is the medium of deciding to do this at the end of the day so just drawing it in my sketchbook quickly 😅. I'm going to do pixel art tomorrow
