Don’t need the ones w/ extra fabric for ponytails/long hair since my hair is getting completely chopped off before hand.

Solids/prints don't matter but matching my floor scrubs would be cool & not too hard since they’re usually black. Any/all suggestions welcome!

Doing this made me forget to grab my stuff from the fridge so working this shift on nothing but Miss Vickie’s Spicy Dill Pickle chips from vending. 7 hours into the shift & all is good. Pt requested a 5:30a wake up so might get home ~ an hour early if I dip out of here by 6am.

IFS has been one of the toughest, yet best models for me once I stopped telling myself how stupid I felt about parts work.

I think I struggled b/c it makes me FEEL lol & I have a very bad habit of over intellectualizing emotions & tend to initially resist things that make me feel my feelings lol
