Biscuit week!!! (Obviously I’m taking my time with this 🤣🤣) and scones are the technical challenge!! I definitely have quite a few scone recipes, I’ll bake Friday morning!

So ultimately for cake week I decided on a “signature bake” and made a marbled pound cake.

Season 1, episode 1: CAKE!!!! The technical bake was a Victoria sponge. Such a basic cake you would think I would have a recipe for one, and I do…but it’s a recipe from nigella that features corn flour, (which she herself admits is odd) and I’ve made it before and the CF was to present for me 🤦🏻‍♀️
