I’m not a “Uncle Stevie Fan” Scott I think he is reactionary and has a bunch of stupid things that he shouldn’t say but to say he’s worse than the Wilpons is bullshit. And be honest with yourself do you don’t think that the bidding war would be the same if it was just Toronto in LA?

This is true - but also is it possible he’s just not going go after every!FA and let Stearns do his thing with out being swayed by fans? Could this be a good thing and more of a long term plan of sustainable winning? I mean I’ll miss Pete and Edwin but the fan base is acting as if the world ended.
