Minnesotans have shown that their community is socially cohesive—because of its diversity and not in spite of it. Minnesotans have found and loved one another in a world atomized by social media, where empty men have tried to fill their lonely soul with lies about their own inherent superiority. Minnesotans have preserved everything worthwhile about “Western civilization,” while armed brutes try to tear it down by force.

Subject: Abolish ICE Hey Chris, I'm writing from Missouri, where Hawley and Schmitt would never listen to a word any of us say. Your position on "reforming" ICE to pass the budget is no more or less than entirely unacceptable. There is no "fixing" or "reforming" ICE. Cops already execute non-white people all the time in the streets with body cams on. Cops already violate warrants all the time. Cops already violate peoples' rights all the time. All of the above with impunity. No offense, but what the fuck would make you think the untrained feral animals that ICE deploys would act with MORE integrity than the people who are already supposed to do what you're trying to impose and IGNORE IT? I would've considered you a better and more thoughtful person. Progressives in Missouri look to progressives from other states — since we're locked out of our own representation — to channel our voices. Your proposition is a pathetic disappointment to your constituents and to those in other states who depend on your voice. Do better Chris, you're embarrassing us.

But there is also a huge problem here with expertise and skill debt. On top of the firefighting to correct the AI, executives have also highlighted how they are also having to firefight to stabilise their systems from problems that were previously easily solved by staff who had the required experience and skill. However, these staff were fired in the AI layoffs. Expertise, experience and skilled employees are really hard for a company to acquire. You see, much of the expertise, experience, and skills required are unique to the company and its operations. These operations will have quirks, common problems, and unique issues that even the most experienced outsider will really struggle with, but are effortless to someone with experience within the company. As such, these attributes are not only vital, but are nurtured and grown within a company, and cannot be hired in on a whim. What Salesforce has done is chuck all this experience out the window, and now they are suffering.
