Yes, you do want to make these with real butter. I use unsalted butter for these. So the whipped part is: using a hand mixer, beat the butter & add in the icing sugar, then the flour. (I will also add the recipe to a separate post.)

What is your opinion on the changes to FEP-BLUE STANDARD? This is my 88yo mother's insurance.
1. $40 co-pay for specialists. ( Don't get me started)
2. $30 co-pay for PC
3. Monthly premium went up $30 ($408)
4.$350 out of pocket cap
(Only 'good' thing)
Last yr 0 for all of the above 😐
