I made tofu mushroom wontons from scratch tonight. It was not as easy as social media said, but the result was worth the effort. I plan to make them in bulk and freeze for quick dinners this winter. 🥟

In an effort to honor my inner child, I wish myself a Happy 46th Birthday. I hate making a big deal out of special days for myself and I'm sure it is rooted in lack of self-worth so, I am taking myself out tonight to let 'little me' eat cake and be loved. ❤️🩹🧁🎉
