finished abaranger today, what a season! felt it dip a little bit around the middle point, but that's probably because my favourite part of the show is asuka and mahoro. cinematography and designs are really nice (as usual with 2000s tokusatsu, to be honest...) and ryoga is still best dad

one of the weirdest sentai episodes i've seen and not in a good way, sumino being missing from literally the entire episode then just showing up during the fight scene, as well as the really sloppy editing and lack of a nep, leaves a really sour taste in my mouth for being the final sentai series

it's hard to understate the meaning kamen rider gavv has to me at this point in my life, alot of things happened to me during this show's airing, alot of it not being the best, but despite it i could still pick myself up and enjoy the small things, like snacks or my best friends.

my gavv shf arrived alot faster than i thought, i was expecting at the end of next week but color me surprised! i love the translucent plastic on the chestplate, it looks very tasty

things haven't been going the hottest recently, but i'm just trying to keep an optimistic view on the future. i think things will turn out okay. i got all 50 medals on rhythm heaven ds today. i hope i can start on fever soon.

i really like when the lines on early tamagotchi art are aliased, the modern art is also good but there's something about the way gen 1 tama's are drawn that's just real comfortable, like a child drew them

finished reading pokemon adventures red & blue tonight, pretty fun series! remember hearing tajiri say something about how it was the closest to his vision for the series and i can definitely see it! gold and silver is the one i read alot growing up, so it'll be fun to go back to that..

i'm 80% sure the ethernet chip on my motherboard just went kablooey, a painful 5 hours where i had no idea how the hell to fix it, updating and downgrading drivers and bios firmwares over and over for nearly half of the day. got it fixed but there's a worse problem: i'm on windows 11 now

today, i finished the gen 1 pokedex. i feel like putting 150 hours into generation 1 has made me appreciate both gen 1 and everything that comes after it alot more than i would've. gen 2 maybe when i feel like it
