Fabulous trip navigating the coastal waters of Rum, Eigg and Muck by sea kayak & wild camping. Exhilarating but also felt grief & loss for nature and wildlife of the natural world and their struggle for survival in face of human greed #treadlightly #respecthenaturalworld @robgmacfarlane.bsky.social

Spent the day reading this book by Toby Carr and Katie Carr. Toby a sea kayaker was inspired to explore areas of the
#shippingforcast . It is a beautiful and inspiring book, sadly Toby died in Jan 2022 too young.

Lovely listen, it prompted me to pick up this book on this rainy windy day. It is by Toby Carr Katie Carr. Toby was always kind and encouraging to me and although I did not know him well, I am still sad at his loss so young.
