So there I was, walking the train track from Ella to 9 Arches Bridge, loving the tropical trees, chirruping insects, sweeping vistas. 'What I need,' I said when the sun began to fry my brain, 'is coconut water.' And there she was, with a pile of coconuts & a silver tray.
