A conservator told me that artists are the worst at taking care of their art and I informed her that my one piece of internationally touring art - that I am best known for - is currently wrapped in a trash bag in my garage, the only place with termite damage in my house.

It’s not writing. It’s one of those secret third things, but the secret is that it sucks. And that’s not a secret at all. I hate that in talking about AI you have to quantify a bunch of terms. It’s like any sort of debate semantics with the worst dudes in undergrad. When I say AI in this essay, I am talking about LLM’s – large language models that have blown up in the last year or so. ChatGPT is probably the most popular of these, but all of the worst tech people have their own flavor. The real kicker is that the Common Crawl (the big data scrape that is the foundation of the house that is OpenAI, the poison tree from which all fruit is found) scraped Archive of Our Own along with the rest of the internet.

A treasure
A very large unicorn with a rust colored stand on the knee. Behind the unicorn is a black bookshelf at least 6 feet tall. A Facebook marketplace description for a $50 unicorn: Needs a cleaning. I got it thinking it was super cool and big but some of the grandkids are afraid of it and it won't make the bend to go upstairs. Currently sitting out on my screened in porch. Like 5 feet tall from ground to the top of its head. Would need truck or suv/van if the seats fold down. Must pick up 44505 is the zip. It does have some weight to it but I can help load
