I say this because studies have shown playing tetris in the wake of a traumatic event can reduce the likelihood of ptsd. I treat the app like first aid. If we keep traumatizing each other we do the enemy’s work for us.

My second best recommendation to you is to not share obviously triggering content online without any kind of warning. This does not help anybody.
