Is it really only a £100 fine for this? I’d use the ”infraction “as a reason to shake down the individuals life. It must be linked to more criminality. Follow a bike thief home and you’ll find a burglar.

Average lifespan of a business is under 9 years before failing and this figure is shrinking Some universities are centuries old. They’ll be around to pick up the inevitable failure and the bill.

So the 6 pedestrians hit by cyclists at floating bus stops over two years in London is cause for caution. The 16 that were killed by a bus in one year is alarming.
