After fighting with various cables and apps for days with no luck, I realized that I can move files from my iPhone to my laptop by simply plugging a usb stick into its hole. I push the files to the usb stick, then plug it into my laptop and voila! I https://baronfrosti.com/2025/12/24/plug-it-up/

Can one of you apple nerds tell me? How do I know if a cord connected to my iPhone is for charging or also data transfer? What’s the difference? I need to hook my iPhone to my laptop which only has a usb (not c). None of the cords I have seems to work for data. Just charging.
